Meet Naturopath Troy Rice
Troy Rice is a Board Certified International Practitioner of Holistic Medicine & Naturopath discovering his love for functional medicine after several severe health issues growing up as kid that would carry on into adulthood. Troy healed himself naturally, and you can too!
Troy is grateful to join R.J., Mitch, and the Vault community in a cutting-edge approach to re-shape the way wrestlers make weight with sustainable nutrition practices. Troy brings a unique background that will empower wrestlers to create their “Wellness Suit” with foundational health principles that last far beyond the sport of wrestling.
Troy carries certifications from the Integrative Health Practitioners Institute (Level 2 and High Performance Health), Brain Health from Amen Institute, Functional Breathing from Oxygen Advantage, and Nutrition from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Troy is currently pursuing a board certification in doctor of naturopathy.

What is a run?
A run includes:
- Access to run the nutrition table
- A customized 7-day meal plan based on results and preferences shared during the food preferences form process (after nutrition table completion).
How is the macro nutrition calculated?
It is calculated based on the National Academy of Sports Medicine’s body weight calculator.
What If I have additional questions on my nutrition plan?

Is it important to consume whole foods that are organically grown?
Organically grown foods may contain less harmful chemicals such as pesticides. If organic is accessible and affordable, then it may be a great option for optimizing nutrient intake with minimal harmful chemicals. The importance is in eating a whole foods diet.
Are supplements helpful?
Supplements are intended, in most cases, to provide supplemental nutrients to a person’s daily diet. To best understand if certain supplements are right for you, consult with a trusted practitioner or physician.
