How do I invite my team members to my team account?

Under your Account page, go to the Team section, and in one of your user slots click the “Add New Key” button. You will get a plain text code to send to the invitee. Once they receive, they can go to our Sign Up page and enter the code to complete their account setup. Once that is complete, their account name will be shown in your Team section.

How do I remove a team member from my team account?

Under your Account page, go to the Team section. Find the team member you wish to remove and click the trash can icon next to their name, and confirm that you wish to remove them from your account. Their account will immediately be deactivated and they will lose access to the Vault, and you will immediately free up their user slot. The deactivated user’s login details and Vault data (such as their watched and saved videos and practice plans) will be preserved for at least 30 days in case the removal was accidental.

I removed a team member from my team account. How do I get a new code to send to a new member?

When you remove a team member from your team account, their user slot in the Team section under your Account page will immediately be freed up to use to invite new members. For instructions on generating a new code, see: How do I invite my team members to my team account?

I removed a team member from my team account. How do I add them again?

When a team member’s account is removed from your team account, their login details and data will be preserved for at least 30 days. All you need to do is provide them a new code and ask them to sign in, where they will be given a field to input the new code.
